The first event on Thursday night is the annual Cowboy Hall of Fame Banquet.
There will be a new and expanded entertainment schedule on Railroad Avenue during Rex Allen Days.
Local "cowboys" are inducted into the unique group of people who helped to contribute towards Willcox's history.
Friday events include the Rodeo
Queen Competition with appearances by Rex Allen Jr., and other
entertainers at the elementary school and the NCCH Nursing Home.
Afternoon/Evening brings events like gunfights and Cowboy Poetry
entertainers. An old Rex Allen movie showing and Wine & Cheese
Benefit is held for the Rex Allen Museum.
On Saturday, a parade goes through
Historic Downtown Willcox. Afterwards, Keiller Park hosts a country fair
on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Keiller Park Stage is located on
Bisbee Avenue. The parade starts at approximately 1:00pm.
Rodeo Tickets for the 2012 Rex Allen Days are available at the Willcox Chamber of Commerce.
General Admission Tickets are $10.00
for adults. Children 6-12 years are $5.00 each. Box Seating Tickets
right on the Arena fence are $15.00. Children ages 5 and under are
admitted free of charge.

Rex Allen Arizona Cowboy Museum
The Rex Allen Arizona Cowboy Museum
has a special appearance by Baxter Black on Friday night October 5th,
2012 during Rex Allen Days.
Rex Elvie Allen was known as the "Arizona Cowboy" and "Mister Cowboy." He was born in 1920 and died in 1999.
Opened in 1989 to honor the famous
home-town boy, the Rex Allen Museum is located at 150 North Railroad
Avenue, in Willcox, AZ 85643.
Across the street from the museum is a larger-than-life bronze statue of Rex Allen, created by sculptor Buck McCain.
The Museum is open from 10:00 am-4:00 pm Monday through Saturday, and is closed on Sundays and all major holidays.
