"Salvatore! What a pleasant surprise we had you last night! A friend said we should try this establishment for some good home style Italian food. He was right. The special with the capers, chicken breast and penne with the light cream sauce was to die for. Needless to say, we were very impressed and will visit the restaurant frequently. We also greatly enjoyed the Barbara D' Alba. Very fine choice of vineyards and without question, very easy and delightful drinking. Having spent 7 years in the wine importing business in the 70's, I always look for a great bargain while dining. This in my opinion was just that, a great value. We'll go back for dinner soon."

  Domenico Grillo is your Master Chef and Host Extraordinaire. He has been in the restaurant business for most of his life. He is definitely a "hands on" Restaurateur with a passion for fine food and fine dining.
Domenico himself designed Valentina's interior. He even has a wonderful talent for oil painting. Some of his work is proudly displayed in the Bellagio Room at his restaurant. No detail was overlooked during the planning of the restaurants famous interior. You really must see it to appreciate it.
There are beautiful Crystal Chandeliers and gleaming mahogany bars. There is leaded glass doors, luxurious velvet draperies, imported granite and slate and even Roman columns and hand-painted ceilings. And the restroom can not be missed! Truly opulent. It is an exquisite palazzo.
Don't be surprised if you come in and see him on stage singing one of his favorite Sinatra tunes either. He often joins his band on stage to serenade his customers. He is always there with a warm welcome to his guests and is a delightful conversationalist.
