Medical Assisting
Medical Assistants are in demand, and New England Technical Institute's Medical Assisting program is different than all the others. Here, we train students to become both a Certified Phlebotomist and a Certified Medical Assistant. If students are juggling a family and/or a job, our class schedules are parent-and-work-friendly. Like caring for others? Medical Assisting gives you the opportunity to work in a wide variety of health care settings-doctor's offices, clinical laboratories, hospitals, clinics or insurance. Students even complete a 240 hour externship.

There's a dramatic shortage of nurses. Nurses extend comfort and care in sickness and in health. New England Tech's team of nursing instructors leads students through a comprehensive curriculum including extended care, maternity and child development, geriatrics, and gerontology. Day and evening classes are available. Clinical rotations start in the first module and include long-term care facilities, sub-acute facilities and hospitals too.
