Techniques for successful interviewing are practiced. Before graduation, students meet individually with the Career Success Advisor for specific recommendations and assistance.
As graduates, alumni receive career development assistance. Job records are created for each student and kept up to date by the Career Success Office. Graduates can contact the college for employment leads and help updating their résumés at any point in their careers.
The Career Success Office receives many staffing requests from foodservice and hospitality businesses throughout the country. The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College also regularly invites personnel directors and proprietors of successful restaurants, hotels, and other service businesses to visit the college and network with students.
