Property Description
A former 17th century residence, which has been carefully restored to offer a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, appropriate for both business and pleasure. The four star hotel boasts a Local Pub within the main house, which has the traditional old beams, open log fires and traditional warm welcome. The Oak Beamed Restaurant offers an extensive a la carte menu. Being such an old property, many of the bedrooms retain many of their original features such as exposed beams or windowsills of Yorkshire Stone. A GDP 3.5 million extension to Tankersley Manor was completed in 2004, providing new luxury accommodation and extensive leisure facilities. The new Reflections Spa and Leisure facilities include an indoor heated 12.5m swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Steam and Sauna rooms, fully equipped gymnasium and four Beauty Therapy Suites. 35 beautifully appointed bedrooms including executive rooms and suites have also been added to Tankersley Manor, bringing the total to 100.

Vehicle access is available in the conference centre together with air conditioning. All meetings rooms afford natural daylight and have ample power points, telephone sockets and aerial points. Main conference room: The Tankersley suite can be divided into 3 rooms, each capable of holding 120 theatre style, or combined as 400 theatre style.

  • Meeting & Conference Facilities  There are 12 main conference, boardroom and syndicate rooms with the largest accommodating up to 400 guests. Most rooms have telephone lines, blackout and natural daylight, and all the staff are dedicated to your conference needs. After a day in the conference room, your delegates can relax in the lounge and bar areas including The Onward Arms our very own country pub complete with low beams and stone fireplaces.
