Location is key: We are right on the best stretch of practically private beach, and just a short stroll away from the ferry pier and from the world famous 5th Avenue with its restaurants and shops. This is without a doubt the best spot in Playa del Carmen! Playa Inn Full Condominium Services has represented the individual Xaman-Ha owners from day one. We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units available. Every condo has an ocean view and is beautifully furnished by its owner. They all have a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area and balcony. Sophia has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a balcony off the living room with ocean view, hammock and table, a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, fridge, electric oven, cookware and utensils, a panoramic Caribbean ocean view, a living and dining room facing the ocean. All units are fully air conditioned, have cable TV and a safety deposit box in-room at no cost. We offer daily maid service, an ocean front pool with 24 hours security and free private parking. The Mayan Ruins are at walking distance and you will find miles of white sandy beaches. The individual units do not have telephone but a public phone is available at the lobby. A maximum of 2 extra beds per unit can be provided for children only and at a cost of USD 15.00 per night. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. All units are privately owned and furnished. | Directions to your hotel from Cancun International Airport: Private vans and shuttle services are available for roundtrip transportation from the airport to your hotel. You may make your reservations before your arrival under the ?Airport Transfers? option at invest@playainn.com .Driving directions from Cancun International Airport: Take the exit road out of the airport and travel approximately 2.4 kms. (1.5 miles) to the Highway 307 overpass. Please note that there will be an exit ramp to go South 307 on the right just before the overpass; take your first right before the overpass and travel along this road until you reach Puerto Morelos approximately 34 KMS (21 miles) down the road. Playa del Carmen is located approximately 32 KMS. (20 miles) south of Puerto Morelos. Therefore, when you reach the light at the Pemex gas station, continue traveling straight for approximately 20 minutes more to the city of Playa del Carmen. There are three main entrances to Playa del Carmen. The first left will take you to Avenida Constituyentes, the second takes you to Avenida Juarez, main street for Playa del Carmen, the third left a bit further down the road will take you to PLAYACAR. Pass the second light onto Avenida Juarez and drive along this highway 307, make U turn on a round just past the second red light, and take the outside road back north until you find the SECOND PLAYACAR sign, make right and drive ahead until end, make left on the round-about, drive straight passing PLAZA ANTIGUA MALL at right side, drive right and you will see the entrance to the Continental Plaza Playacar approximately one-half block ahead on your left. XAMAN-HA condominium is just right (south) to Continental Plaza Playacar. Cancun to Playa del Carmen is approximately 66 KMS. (41 miles). Estimated travel time is between 35 and 40 minutes. - The hotel offers Airport Shuttle Service to and from the Primary Airport.
