When Mama Louisa opened her restaurant in 1956 there was plenty of family around, and its still true today.
Since purchasing the restaurant in 1973, Joe Elefante Sr. and wife Jean have watched not only the business grow but the family involvement as well.
First with son Joe Jr. and wife Suzanne, then daughter Pat and husband Tom, Suzanne's sister Theresa, and now the Grandchildren, Stacy, Joey, Michael, Gregg, Tommy and Terry.
Today Mama Louisa's still means Family and we're very proud that Four Generations of Tucsonans still call us their favorite restaurant.
