This is the third movie and last of Hal Roach's famed "Topper" trilogy series. This episode is probably the best.
Roland Young and Billie Burke perform with Jack Benny's manservant, Eddie "Rochester" Anderson.
Joan Blondell plays the beautiful ghost that causes so much trouble for Topper as they try to solve a murder mystery.
There was a newer release of this film that was made in 1987. That version is colorized and copywrited. This film is the older B&W version made in 1941.
