The newly renovated Residence Inn Tampa Sabal Park is located in the Sabal Park Business Center ten miles east of downtown Tampa and eight miles from the University of South Florida. Ford Motor Credit is adjacent to the hotel with the offices of Chase Manhattan just one half mile away. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable fee of USD 75. * Free high speed Internet access is available in all suites with wireless service in meeting space and public areas of the hotel. Studios are large open rooms with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living/dining area with sofa bed. One bedroom suites have a separate bedroom with one queen bed, full bath and furnished living room with dining area and sofa bed. Two bedroom suites have two separate bedrooms with one queen bed each, two full baths and furnished living room with dining area and sofa bed. All accommodations feature Marriott's new bedding package and have a fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils, dishes and glassware, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with icemaker. Studios and one bedroom suites have a two burner cooktop stove; two bedroom suites have a four burner stove and conventional oven.
