Fun and excitement can always be found at
the Tucson Parks and Rec. TPR has everything from swim classes, sports,
music to creating your own comic book.
Classes of every type and for all ages
are offered. Even children as little as four months can participate
exploring basic movement skills in special workshops.
Reid Park Zoo
The Reid Park Zoo is open daily from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. The
Zoo is closed on Christmas Day and closes early (1 p.m.) on Thanksgiving
Day. Zoo Administration is open Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.,
except for official holidays.
Tucson Zoological Society The
Tucson Zoological Society is a non-profit membership and fund-raising
organization. The Tucson Zoological Society provides service and support
to Reid Park Zoo and the community through education, financial
resources and public awareness. The Tucson Zoological Society (TZS)
purpose is to enhance the value of Reid Park Zoo to the community. Each
fall the TZS hosts a popular ZOOcson Fundraising event. For information
