3-D home entertainment coming to TVs, DVDs in 2010
In a few months, you will be able to watch movies and TV programs, in full 3-D images.
This spring 2010, new a new line of 3-D capable HDTV sets, 3-D Blu-ray players and 3-D glasses will be on the market.
Discovery Communications, Sony and IMAX, three of the world's leading media, technology and entertainment companies will launch the first 24/7 dedicated 3D HDTV network in the U.S. At the same time, Next3D and Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS) are collaborating on Stereoscopic 3D HD content delivery to the home.
