US Customers:
Orders sent through the U.S. Postal Service (1st Class and/or Priority Mail). Delivery normally take 2-5 business days from the day it is shipped. Delivery to Post Office boxes can only be made by the U.S. Postal service. There is no upgrade available. Delivery charge is only $1.50 per order. Free shipping on all DVD orders over $35.
International Delivery:
Shipments made to destinations outside the USA will ONLY ship to the billing address of the customer, no exceptions. DVD Planet will use UPS for expedited international orders. UPS needs a physical address for expedited delivery. Any customs, taxes, import duties, or any other applicable charges are your responsibility and are collected once the package reaches your country. We have no jurisdiction over these expenses and cannot determine what they may be. Customs polices vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
