The Downtown Bike "Street Parade"

The entire Av. Ferrocarril, the main shopping strip for the town of Puerto Peñasco, is closed to anything larger than a quad 8-seater. The few cars that managed to find a spot, were blocked in for the duration of the street parade and rodeo. The best viewing spots are found in the second story bars and restaurants, usually above the street level vendors.
