How to Use Your Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards

All Rapid Rewards members earn points (rewards) by flying or spending with any of Southwest Airlines partners.

Every point you earn can be redeemed for flights through Southwest®, gift cards, hotel stays, rental cars and other merchandise.

To earn points for each flight, members must provide their Rapid Rewards account number when making reservations prior to your flight. If you fail to provide your account number, members can request points for up to 12 months after their qualifying Flight by visiting Southwest.com®.
