Kosher World(R) Conference & Expo, the international tradeshow for expanding kosher markets, announced today that it's gearing up a world class conference program for next week's Kosher World in Los Angeles. The three different conference tracks highlight the most important parts of the expanding kosher market. Attendees and exhibitors alike can take part in the program. The next Kosher World is February 15-16, 2005 at the prestigious Los Angeles Convention Center. And, May 17-18, 2005, Kosher World Miami will be at the Broward County Convention Center.
The Kosher World Buyer Certification Program is specifically designed for mainstream buyers who want to enhance their careers, understand the requirements of the kosher market, and increase sales of kosher products. Executed by Kosher World, the certification program includes course segments taught by the Orthodox Union (OU), the Kosher Information Bureau, and Market Connections Group. Buyers will learn what is kosher, how kosher applies to different markets (e.g., crossover), how to make the most of marketing kosher for all segments of consumers, and hot spots on the calendar and what sells well during these time periods.
