Hard Rock Hotel San Diego
207 5th Avenue
Gaslamp Qauret
San Diego, CA 92101
420 rooms, 12 floors
The new Hard Rock San Diego opened November 2007 in the historic Gaslamp Quarter- the epicenter of San Diego nightlife.
The Hard Rock San Diego is where rock star service meets urban chic design with every amenity available. This
is the perfect antidote to the elitist boutique hotel or plain vanilla
resort experience. Be treated like a rock star in an affordable luxury
environment.
Although Hard Rock Hotel is conveniently
located to all San Diego attractions, activities and party spots, there
is little reason to leave the hotel.
At Nobu San Diego, world-renowned and
famously acclaimed Nobu Matsuhisa brings his signature nouveau Japanese
cuisine to the citys culinary-scape. Located at the front entrance of
the Hard Rock Hotel, Nobu is easy access for any passerby.
Nightlife entrepreneurs, Rande and Scott
Gerber, present two ultra-hip bars- Sweetwater Saloon and Moonstone
Lounge- with fashionable clientele and specialty cocktails.
Folsom, the hotels own concert venue in
the backpatio, features local and national bands, artists, DJs and
entertainment. Watch a concert from your hotel balcony or window-side
room, or watch the concert from your room's large HDTV.
For more casual fare, Maryjanes Coffee
Shop is Hard Rock Hotel San Diegos signature restaurant serving up
style, fresh attitude and food without rules.
The 420-room hotel, including 176 suites (one designed by the Black Eyed Peas) also features an incomparable in-room experience.
Each room features 300-thread-count
cotton Sleep Like A Rock linens, custom-designed furniture,
state-of-the-art lighting, m-bar (a greenroom-inspired refreshment
center) and sensually-styled bathrooms featuring ceiling-mounted rain
showers.
In-room amenities include an integrated
video and sound systems including 42 inch LG flatscreen HDTVs, wired and
wireless Internet access, extensive satellite TV access, video
on-demand, video games and Jack Pack technology that allows
plug-and-play access from your personal audio player (iPod or MP3),
video camera, notebook computer or portable gaming system to the media
hub.
Because of the popularity of the Hard
Rock Hotels in other cities, occupancy is expected around 70% average.
The best rooms rent out fast.
The Hard Rock Hotel is also a condo investment opportunity where owners can claim their own piece of the rock.
