We're trapped in the past and we don't want to leave. I'm not sure if being lost in the past is the same as being lost in the moment. Here, I think it's both.

For us, it's revisiting our youth.

There is a lot of interactive memories here.

Our friend Savannah (above)  said "James, what is this?"
That is a jukebox! It's in magnificent condition. Not only still playing for many decades, but upgraded to Bluetooth.

This wasn't only the first time Savannah asked what something was. She was in a whole different world between now and then.

"James, what's this?" It's a typewriter. "How do you work it?" Since this is all a very hands-on experience I showed her and she got to practice.

Oh yes, the neon. It's all around us.

A walk through history and pop culture in the most brilliant and beautiful colors anywhere.

Not just signage of past places but of our entire culture.
Advertising everything. Some of it a long time since it was apropos. Joe Camel, other tobacco and beer company ads and much merch!

Enticing us to buy and drink this, eat that, stay there.

Telling time and temperature.

It was an extraordinary amount of fun for us all.
