Tucson has
grown so large in the past decade that the "central point" of the
metropolis has moved further east. These centrally located hotels
includes those along Broadway, Speedway or Grant Roads.
Most major hotels in midtown are located along Broadway and Speedway
Blvd. The closer to the University of Arizona, the higher the rates,
although there are affordable hotels near the UA during the summer
off-season.
