Park Place free concert series
Southern Arizona Arts and
Cultural Alliance, SAACA, and General Growth Properties bring free, live
music to mall-goers 6 p.m. every Thursday at the Park Place Mall, 5870
E. Broadway Blvd. The 2011 concert series features performances by top
musicians in nearly every genre imaginable, while listeners can enjoy a
variety of nearby food and children's entertainment. Local bands perform
at either the outdoor pavilion between Bamboo Club and Forever 21 or

2011 Park Place Concert Series

Several new retail outlets have opened at Park Place, located on Tucson, Arizona's eastside at Broadway Blvd. and Wilmot Road.
In 2010, Delia's, Francescas, Love
Culture, Hair Secret, Pretzel Maker, Scent, Sptring Mobile, Tilly's,
Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt, Vans and Windsor opened in Park Place mall.
The Bamboo Club has again offered
extended happy hour appetizer specials for concertgoers on the patio, as
well as for guests in the courtyard seating area. The Bamboo Club
features Happy Hour appetizers from $2.00, $5.00 Margaritas, Mai Tais
and Cosmos, and $1 off other beer, wine and cocktails. Reservations are
recommended at the Bamboo Club (514-9665).
Patrons can also elect to visit one of the 18 eating
establishments inside the mall, grab some take-out, and have their
dinner outdoors while enjoying the musical entertainment.
