These new movies are being prepared for release in the U.S. in June 2009. Read production film notes about the development and filming provided by the filmmakers and producers. Video clips are free to watch and some can be downloaded or embedded into blogs and web pages.
The biggest summer hit for June is probably going to be either tow major comedies; Land of the Lost, about a washed-up scientist (Will Ferrell from SNL) who finds himself in an alternative universe, or The Hangover, where several friends find out what happens in Vegas may bite you in the arse.
The dramatic film of the month will be My Sister's Keeper, where a family has to make some drastic decisions to save one of the baby girl's life. This film raises ethical and moral considerations and almost tears their family apart.

Away We Go. Longtime (and now thirty-something) couple Burt (John Krasinski) and Verona (Maya Rudolph) are going to have a baby. The pregnancy progresses smoothly, but six months in, the pair is put off and put out by the news from Burt's parents Jerry and Gloria (Jeff Daniels and Catherine O'Hara) that the eccentric elder Farlanders are moving out of Colorado - thereby eliminating the expectant couple's main reason for living there.
