The Tucson, Arizona metropolitan area recently surpassed the "one million residents" mark.
With that influx of new residents, Tucson businesses are also growing- as the saying goes: commercial follows residential.
New businesses like Tiffany's, In and Out Burger, and other major franchises are now considering Tucson as a prime market.
The re-newed Park Place serves the east side and sports a new look and anchors after a multi million facelift. El Con Mall in the central part of town (has a new Target, Home Depot and food court) and Tucson Mall are undergoing remodeling. The Foothills Mall has become a busy hub of activity on the northwest side.
